World renowned designer Stefano Ricci has showcased his one million dollar cufflinks at the ongoing Doha Watches and Jewellery Exhibition. Ricci’s collection of fine cufflinks is a major attention grabber of the expo.

At Ricci’s stand within Al-Fardan’s pavilion, men accessories are given a whole new dimension where bejeweled cufflinks, silver crocodile pens and diamond festooned ties are recognized as priceless men’s must-haves.

The Ricci brand, synonymous to traditional and authentic Italian tailoring, has its headquarters in Florence and is present in the most exclusive cities worldwide catering for Heads of States and high-caliber personalities. Last year it announced a new partnership with United Fashion Company (UFC), subsidiary of United Development Company (UDC), by opening its first shop in the region at The Pearl-Qatar.

“The brand spread out from ties to the total look which includes clothes, gents’ jewellery and the new home collection. We started our development in the 90’s with the first mono-brand store in Shanghai and now we are at 21 boutiques all around the world”, Ricci said.

The cufflink collection is incredibly diverse with pieces of different designs and stones sourced mainly from Southern Africa, including an extraordinary model decorated with diamonds nine carat each for the total value of one million dollars.

“This exhibition is also the occasion to present to the Qatari market our new creation: the Zambezi pen, a silver pen decorated with refined crocodile skin. These stylish pens are available in different colors specifically made for this event and they can be matched with similar cufflinks,”, Ricci added.

Ricci also showcases two unique pieces: a tie decorated with diamond and an exclusive edition of “Platinum”, the renowned fragrance of the ‘maison’, decorated with little diamonds and platinum ‘dust’ visible at bottle shaking.
